From the reviews

The name says so much. Michelle has been a huge help in my recovery. I was a sceptic with Acupuncture and cupping. Now I would recommend to anyone. But first try Michelle she really does care about her clients and getting them to feel better.

★★★★★ — Robert, Mar 2022

When I came to Michelle I was utterly hopeless. I had never been in so much pain and was unable up perform any of my duties at work or even sleep at night. While receiving treatment I started to notice great improvements along the way that cascaded into a full recovery.

★★★★★ — Gutaiba, Sep 2024

I was very pleased with the outcome of my treatment with Michelle. She listens carefully to your spoken words as well as what your body is telling her. She educates you as she works along. I really appreciate that. I walked in with a pain rating of 10 and left below 6.

★★★★★ — Barbara, Mar 2024

I have seen Michelle on/off for about 7 years and she’s helped me with numerous complaints over the years, ranging from dermatological concerns to joint or muscular issues and I’ve always seen an improvement. She’s very knowledgeable and thorough.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
