I’m not one to leave reviews, but I must give credit when it’s due. I’ve never had acupuncture, much less have knowledge on it. Annette was very informative, knowledgeable, kind, and amazing at what she does.
Annette is absolutely wonderful! the treatment she has given me over the last 14 months has changed my life. I went to her after multiple years of suffering from secondary infertility and after 2 months of treatments with her, I was pregnant. I now have a healthy baby boy.

I honestly wouldn’t have made it through my pregnancy without the help of Annette. She is absolutely amazing and helped with everything from severe back and hip pain to heartburn and sleepiness and even getting the baby into the right position for an amazing complication free natural birth.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
