From the reviews

After 2 miscarriages back to back and then 6 months of trying with no luck, I had a couple friends recommend fertility focused acupuncture so I decided to try it. As a surgeon, I’m strongly entrenched in western medicine and had never tried acupuncture before.

★★★★★ — Emily, Dec 2025

I had a wonderful experience at Denver Acupuncture while working with Jane during my IVF journey and early pregnancy. From the very beginning, her calming personality immediately put me at ease. She offered thoughtful advice and was consistently supportive and comforting throughout the process.

★★★★★ — Chelsea, Apr 2026

Acupuncture Denver has been a game changer in my IVF journey. My doctor at CCRM recommended electro acupuncture at Acupuncture Denver and I’m so glad I took her advice. Jane and Merry are thorough, knowledgeable, caring and have created a calming and welcoming environment.

I've been seeing Jane for the past 1.5 year and a half from the beginning of my pregnancy journey, and I highly recommend Acupuncture Denver! Jane has been super supportive throughout all the highs and lows of my pregnancy journey, and had provided such a safe and comforting place for me.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
