“Super kind and welcoming.”
From the reviews
Vicki is an excellent acupuncturist. I have severe back issues and she has literally saved my quality of life. She is warm and down to earth, and her prices are very reasonable. She also does cupping and gua sha. I did see another acupuncturist before Vicki, which didn’t help much. I could not recommend her enough.
After suffering from shoulder and neck pain after surgery, I thought I would end up dealing with chronic pain for the rest of my life until I visited Vicki Irwin at the Acupuncture Center of Southern NH. After just one visit my pain levels improved and I was even able to get a good night's sleep.
She is a wonderful person as well as a wonderful acupuncturist. She has helped me with so many things for so long. Everyone should come see her ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Vicky is really great. Super kind and welcoming. Acupuncture is really not as scary as I thought it would be. It's surprisingly very relaxing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
