From the reviews
I had an exceptional experience at this acupuncture clinic and cannot recommend it enough. The facility is truly upscale, beautifully designed, spotless, and instantly calming the moment you walk in. Every interaction felt personal, thoughtful, and highly professional, which made me feel completely at ease.
I have fibromyalgia, bursitis, arthritis, muscle spasms and basically daily pain 24/7. I’ve never had acupuncture before so I didn’t know what to expect. Sara has just been absolutely amazing. My last apt., I told her about this stomach pain I’ve had for almost two months. She said she could fix it.
I visited for the first time today and I am newly obsessed! Simply put, Sara is a genius. I’ve been dealing with some flare ups from a couple long standing issues from pregnancy that Sara didn’t bat an eye about. She’s confident, skilled and intuitive. After the session, I felt so much better — reborn so to speak !
Feeling as though I have been shouldering the weight of the world for the last few years, it only took one 45-minute session with Sara to feel “light” and re-energized again. Sara has a very calming and healing aura, which helped to make my first acupuncture experience an incredibly positive one!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
