From the reviews
I love The Garden of Natural Health! With Larissa doing biofeedback and Margie doing massage - I don't know what I would do without the two of them! If you feel like you need to balance your life, I'd encourage you to give them a call and learn more about their services!
I wish I lived in Amarillo so I could receive the wonderful treatments every week. The office has a casual, friendly atmosphere that makes you feel you are among friends. After my treatment, I felt so relaxed. They have a monthly plan available too.
Traci Mahannah is professional, friendly and a true genius at helping you relax and feel relief from all kinds of pain. I've seen her for almost 20 years and her service is always top notch.
I have been to Larissa twice now and feel she is spot on in pinpointing my health issues. So happy I found this place. 🌺
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
