Linda is SIMPLY AMAZING! She is HANDS DOWN a muscle magician. I was referred to her by my chiro when my neck was locked up and she found ALL the places that were stuck and unstuck them. I've been a faithful client for over a year and now call her Dr. Linda because she is THAT GOOD!!!!
I have had neck pain for a while now. Went to physical therapy and had some temporary relief but the pain came back and now affects my upper back. After my first session with Linda I can fully turn my head side to side with little to no pain. My upper and lower back pain has also improved thanks to Linda.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
