Vitality Spa is a great multi service spa! The staff is very welcoming & makes you feel like family. All of the staff is very professional & gives you recommendations based off your concerns. I would highly recommend anyone try out many of the offered services at this beautiful & very clean spa!
All of the girls at Vitality are extremely nice and they really care about their clients and their clients needs. The management is open to any suggestion that would make the client experience better. They just got an amazing massage therapist who also does estician work as well.
Juniper is the best! I have been to many spas, but by far, I have now found my favorite spot. She is amazing and truly listens to your needs to tailor your appointment and make it perfect for you. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and the business is beautiful and clean.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
