From the reviews
I’ve known Arturas for about a year now, and he is truly gifted at what he does. His deep tissue massages are the best — he really knows how to find and release those stubborn knots.
As an athlete, Art has been my go-to for sport-focused massages for 7+ years and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He is very knowledgeable and has a knack of getting to all pain points and handles them very effectively. He is very skilled and can pair his massages with cupping/acupuncture treatments.
Art has been my massage therapist for 15 years. We've moved, but we travel to continue with his expert trigger point massage sessions. More recently, Art has incorporated Acupuncture since becoming certified.
Art is amazing! He has treated me for years, I go to him weekly. He has relieved my pain tremendously! I’ve had numerous brain and spine surgeries that resulted in the crumbling and loss of my cervical spine, where now I only have metal and cement. The pain was unbearable until Art started treating me.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
