From the reviews

I stopped by here while traveling through Wisconsin and it was fantastic! Much more than just a rack em, crack em chiropractic office. The adjustments along with soft tissue work were just what I needed. I was offered exercises and movements to help keep my back pain at bay.

The doctor takes time to hear about your concerns and review your medical history. I had been dealing with a lot of back pain due to pregnancy and scoliosis and the adjustments gave me so much relief. Grayson really cares and goes above and beyond to be sure her patients have a great experience.

Phenomenal Doctor! Really went the extra mile to take care of me. A lot of other chiropractors make you feel like a number and you’re in and out in five minutes. She took the time to understand the issue and put together a plan to fix it. Highly recommend!

★★★★★ — Aaron, Oct 2025

I have been dealing with lower back pain since 2015. Dr. Grayson has helped me get back to an active lifestyle. Regular adjustments are key to my continued health. If you haven't tried chiropractic care, give Dr. Grayson a try and you'll be happy you did.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
