This was an absolutely amazing experience! I booked with Female 4 and she was beyond incredible. She worked out all my tight muscles using just the right pressure and even heat therapy. I had a phenomenal experience with Zen Massage today! I called last minute to get a much needed relaxation period and needed a spot local to me. After seeing glowing reviews, I came in and decided on the two hour combo: an hour body massage and an hour foot massage. Coco was AMAZING.
This was not just a good back rub, it was therapeutic! The ladies were skilled and professional. The facility was clean and relaxing. My husband and I had a couples massage, which we try to do every 2 to 3 months. We tried AZen Massage with a gift certificate from our daughter, and we were very pleasantly surprised.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
