Definitely one of the best massages! They squeezed my boyfriend and I in for a last minute 1 hour couples massage pretty late on a week night. We ended up adding cupping to the service as well. The ladies that took care of us were absolutely amazing. They made sure to address our problem areas and more.
I had an AMAZING 90 minute (not 80 or 75 like some places) massage from Cassie. This facility is clean. The therapists are professional and very nice. It's been YEARS since I've received a great massage and I'll be pleased to return soon. As a guest of their establishment, please be courteous, respectful and tip well.
Booked a massage last minute here and was very pleasantly surprised. The two ladies working were so sweet and Mia my therapist did a great job, i especially enjoyed the fact that throughout the massage she was aware to ask multiple times if the pressure was OK.
If you want a deep tissue and highly skilled massage then this is the best place to go in the greater Orlando area. Kathy was excellent. She was skilled, precise and surgical. Her massage was not only therapeutic but it also felt heavenly.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
