From the reviews

I always drove by this place and wondered why it always looked empty. I was curious in acupuncture but never bothered to try it. Unfortunately, I developed a pain in my leg that would not go away. I jumped onto Dr.C’s website where I realized it’s by appointment only and read all the great reviews.

Dr.C is the best!! I’ve been going to her for about 3 years. I started going because I suffer from headaches and then I had a car accident. So my body was hurting even more, She was able to help me so much by doing the acupuncture and cupping on my body!

Dr.C is incredible and an absolute must if you suffer from pain. From her knowlege, bedside manor and her techniques are by far more effective than any orthopedic physician I've been to in 25yrs. I recently scheduled my husband for massage and cupping, he was blown away!

★★★★★ — Sandra, May 2024

I found this place looking to help heal a concussion. Little did I know this facility would change my life for the better. After my first acupuncture experience I was about 50% better and after my second treatment I became about 90% better. This sped up my recovery more than I could have imagined.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
