From the reviews
I'm so grateful to have found this place. I had been struggling with severe asthma flare-ups and costochondritis for months, and nothing seemed to bring relief or even ease the pain. That changed after my first visit to Ultimate Spine and Wellness—I walked out already feeling better.
I’ve been receiving care at Ultimate Medical and Chiropractic in DeBary for nearly a year. During that time, I’ve had several issues that have cropped up, and they’ve been able to resolve them quickly. Bryce, who is on staff as an LMT, is an asset to the practice, and I highly recommend him.
This place is honestly amazing. They have been helping me for so many years. Even when my DOG had a slipped disc, they took me right in! The staff is so amazing, friendly and helpful! They are always there when I have questions! I recently just took on their primary care doctor in the office as well.
I have been having hip ,neck and shoulder, pain along with a pinched nerve! I usually see Jen but have not been to the clinic in a long time. I went in for a massage with Bryce and I have to say he was so professional, kind and explained things to me. He has a special talent and has been helping me with this pain.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
