From the reviews

Milton did an awesome job! I can't say one bad thing. I would recommend him hands down! He was very thorough on asking about sensitive areas, pressure preferences, previous injuries, etc. He represents his trade and craft very well!

★★★★★ — Juanita, May 2025

I have been seeing Milton sporadically (omce or twice a year) for the past 3 years. I can honestly say he is the best not only in the area but in the other states I have had services in. He always goes above and beyond expectations and even remembers me despite the brief interactions.

Ashley is amazing! She knows how to pinpoint trouble spots without being overly aggressive. I think the price is reasonable. She is way better than going to a chain store.

★★★★★ — Eileen, Jun 2026

My shoulder pain is greatly improved in just 4 months, and I’ve been dealing with it for years! Milton is very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
