I saw Jess for a full body 60 minute massage, and it was truly the best massage of my life. She managed to find every point that was painful and tight and made sure to find out where I was hurting. She was so meticulous and did great deep pressure while still being gentle.
I recently had a massage with Chey. She was so kind and her energy was very inviting. I walked in feeling very stressed out and walked out feeling amazing. I couldn't believe how well she could read my body and what it needed.

This is a great place to easily book a massage!y therapist Chey had great pressure but was able to provide relaxation. I'm a classically trained musician so sometimes people don't understand my needs, but she definitely did! Will come back again when I'm in NC!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
