I've been seeing Ciera at Zenergy Massage for almost a year now, which is the longest I've stayed consistent with a massage therapist. The reason I keep going back is because Ciera is incredibly professional, timely, committed to cleanliness, and most of all amazing at Massage.
I had learned about Cierra and her business through her marketing campaign on IG about two years ago. It was an introductory post that hooked me. It took a while for me to start booking appointments. I had thought she was super busy and finally saw a post with some openings and I pulled the trigger. Round one was a 1.
Where do I even begin? First of all, when you walk into Zenergy you IMMEDIATELY feel the healing energy. You’ll be relaxed, at ease, super cozy. Her treatment room is literally ZEN 🧘♀️ Ciera is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to.
I have been seeing Ciera for years, I think almost 10 years at this point. She does wonders! She applies the right amount of pressure and the more you go, the more she will learn what your body needs. Don’t just pamper yourself as a one off with her, make her part of your monthly wellness care. She’s worth it.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
