From the reviews
Kilee is the best!! From the moment you walk in, she sets the tone for comfort and relaxation. Her space is so cute and inviting— from the lighting to the music to cleanliness to the array of snacks & drinks, she thinks of everything! I have never been to a better massage therapist.
Lily was phenomenal! Do not hold back on booking with her! She was worth every bit of my 75 minute massage. Due to a desk job, muscle tension and bad sleep, my nerves and muscles were tight not allowing me full movement with my arms and neck without pain.
Very professional and educational. Kilee listens to your needs and is a natural at what she does. She continues her education and shares her knowledge and understanding of medicinal muscle relaxation therapy. Booking an appointment with her is so much more than just a massage, it’s an experience. Highly recommend!
Kilee is amazing at what she does! She takes the time to find aggravation spots, communicates throughout the session, builds an open atmosphere, and above all else is extremely knowledgeable in what she does! Would highly suggest you go to her for whatever tension you might be experiencing!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
