From the reviews
I look forward to my treatments every two weeks. The treatments are very dynamic based on how you’re feeling, and she has many different Options from electric stem to cupping and of course, Acupuncture. I started seeing Sandra over year and a half ago And my back and sciatic, etc., has never felt better.
Sandra is a very caring and a compassionate healer. I have been suffering from chronic Lyme disease/arthritis and her acupuncture, massage & cupping helps to lessen my pain. I recommend Sandra to everybody who needs acupuncture.
I've been suffering from chronic low back pain, and insomnia for a long time, also tingling and numbness in my legs for the past few years. I visited Yittha Acupuncture. Dr.Park is very caring, sweet, and great service. Dr.Park, she really helped me feel so much better and a lot of my pain much less.
Sandra is truly amazing. I feel such a sense of relaxation and reduced pain after seeing her. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She truly loves what she does and am so grateful to have found her.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
