From the reviews
I called for a same day 2 hours full body deep tissue appointment, they able to accommodate. When I got in they took my temperature which I really appreciate that they take our health seriously.
The massage was really good. The masseuse worked hard, I can tell. And he was nice not to talk, only asked if I was doing ok a couple of times. When I was leaving the room and walked to the reception, I saw the masseuse and the front desk lady. I could tell she was expecting me to hand the tip to her.
We’ve been going to Yan’s Spa since she opened in Benicia over 15 years ago. After trying many massage spots around town and throughout the Bay Area, we can confidently say Yan’s Spa stands above the rest.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
