The spa is clean and quiet. The staff in the front desk was very friendly and professional. The price for couple massage is comparatively low. Massage therapist was awesome and knew what they were doing. I felt completely relax. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back for next time.
Yesterday afternoon I had a wonderful time at Xuyamassage spa. I should say many thanks to Anna, a professional therapist and a nice lady. During the past few years I have had a bad frozen shoulder and also painful neck. Anna did a great job on my shoulder and neck.
Really enjoyed my experience here! It’s definitely one of those “hole in the wall” places. Anna was so sweet! I honestly like my massages very deep and rough. She certainly delivered! I live across the street so hope to be coming here at least twice a month.
It was a wonderful experience. I felt completely relaxed after the massage. My back was stiff, but after the massage and acupuncture, I felt completely recovered. The environment was elegant and comfortable. I will definitely go again.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
