From the reviews
I went to see Ryanna at Renew You massage because I was having tension headaches, and with the weather getting significantly colder, and rods in my back, I was undergoing quite a bit of pain. She helped release tension in my neck and back muscles lowering my headache.
I booked a 90-minute new year special with Ryanna in January. It included a therapeutic hot oil scalp massage and foot treatment. The lobby was a welcoming environment and very clean. Ryanna greeted me and we chatted for a few minutes before to share what areas I wanted worked on.
Ryanna cures what ails you- from your fingers to your toes. She truly has intuitive genius- finding all of your tender pain points from the start. I always choose the VIP treatment which includes add ons. I opt for the Hot Stones, CBD oil and Scalp massage. Pure bliss.
I haven't had a massage in over 5 years and Ryanna has renewed my commitment to getting one regularly. Professional, kind, and extremely competent, Ryanna provided a perfect massage!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
