My 13 year old daughter injured her throwing arm at practice January 31. Her right arm was just hanging she could not move it. It hurt so bad. We took her to the hospital for X-rays. They told us us was his tennis elbow. Not do anything for 3 weeks. Took her to her doctor mid February. They sent us to orthopedic.
Life-Changing Experience - 5 Stars! I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Winson Chen for changing my life. I have suffered from debilitating headaches for over 15 years, and no matter how many doctors I saw or scans I had, no one could offer me answers or relief.
My journey with Dr. Chen (Doc) started by seeking help with neuropathy in my feet. For example, I could not feel the carpet under my bare feet, my feet were constantly cold, couldn't feel my toes wiggle, and I noticed the skin around my feet and ankles was not as healthy as the rest of my skin.
I was a skeptic. I had never tried any homeopathic or eastern medicine remedies before. I had cervical radiculopathy at C5 and an entrapped nerve at T5 from a near fall.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
