The massages are cheap, ok and I book mine through class pass, BUT I’ve been to good, cheap professional massages before and this was not it. Everything started good with a nice man, 5 minutes in they switched with a girl.
I just had 3 cosmetic surgeries done all at once and was in need of lymphatic drainage massages over the weekend. I can not express how kind the employees here were. I totally recommend coming here because they are knowledgeable, gentle and very accommodating. I had my drains in and was in lots of discomfort.
I had a great experience here! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the reflexology massage is amazing. I’m on my feet constantly for work, and I always leave feeling so much more relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and give your feet and body some much-needed relief!
Came here from class pass to try it out. Wow, what an amazing experience. They get straight to the point. I've had some food issues for some time and was told I need a deep food massage. Aaron did my massage and will now become a regular here. Also love that you can just walk in and they close late.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
