My first experience here was a 1-star visit — I felt brushed off, uncomfortable, and left with painful bruises from cupping, and I had no desire to return. However, the owner reached out and arranged a follow-up appointment, and my therapist, Melissa, completely changed my impression!
Marinda was amazing!!! I had one of those knots in my shoulder that brings a person to their knees. Marinda listen and took the time and worked and worked and worked on the knot and made sure I was not in pain when I left. She was methodical and figured where the muscles were tight and pulling from.
I received a 60 minute message after a car accident and the session was amazing. I felt very comfortable and was able to relax and enjoy the session. My therapist also was very fast on creating the SOAP notes required when dealing with insurance.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
