From the reviews

Listen! If you are in Williamsburg, I highly recommend this spa!! While the salt cave seems to be the highlight, it wasn't anything special in my opinion. It was relaxing but I probably wouldn't do it again.

I have to say as someone who has traveled extensively and enjoyed many of the finest spas it is amazing to have such a wonderful facility so close to home. The facilities are always clean, the staff is amazing and the services are always five star!

I’ve been coming here for massages for years now & have never left disappointed. I usually get a 90 deep tissue w hot salt rocks & I leave feeling brand new every time. I see a variety of the therapists here because sometimes my body may need certain things but they are all amazing!!

This was my first visit and it definitely will not be my last. Had a 60min Swedish massage with Noah and I left feeling so relaxed. Facility is very clean and the staff were friendly.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
