From the reviews

I have been going to Brandi for over 6 months now. As a medical physician I wear my stress on my shoulders and back. When I first visited Brandi I had significant muscle imbalance and aggravating muscle tension in my shoulders that was constant. That pain no longer exists.

Brandi is my CUPPING ANGEL. I first met her through my chiropractic office, and from the first treatment session with her, I knew "she's my forever masseuse". I have been going to Brandi for over a year and she is amazing! I have had different back, muscular, and nerve problems, and she has been key to my healing process! She has done everything from relaxation massages to intense cupping for release. I don’t know what I would do with her!!! 🙏🏽

Honestly, Brandi is absolutely magical. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented. She explains her findings after the massage and gives tips on how to stretch certain muscles when she found them to be extremely tight, which overall just helps with the joint pain I had been experiencing.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
