“I have done dry needling for about 2-3 years from a few different PT’s and they just don’t compare to the care Anna has provided me over the past 6 months.”

From the reviews
I’ve been plagued by chronic neck and shoulder pain for years as a result of occupational and overuse strain. Between strength exercises, stretches, manipulations, as well as cupping and dry needling therapies that Miranda has offered me over the past year, I have finally found relief I never thought was possible.
I had the pleasure of working with Miranda via virtual visits for a frustrating pain I was having in my shoulder and upper back. I was not sure what to expect as far as how a PT visit would go virtually but figured it was worth a shot! I am so glad I tried!!
I'm so glad to have worked with Grace at Wildflower. I had physical therapy elsewhere before a friend referred me to Wildflower, and I really feel the difference that personalized, one-on-one care can have in both understanding the source of my pain and working to make it better.
I signed up for 6 weeks of PT with Anna Thomas for chronic back pain and muscle tightness I’ve had for several years. Anna was so great! She helped figure out exercises that targeted my specific issues and dry needled key areas of my back. Also most importantly taught me great breathing exercises and warmups.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
