Originally, I was doing research to locate someone who does Ayurveda massages in which it led me to Britaney’s business Wild Sage Healing. My first appointment ended up being a Reiki which was an absolute out of body experience considering I was awake the entire time, yet my Garmin watch acknowledged that I was taking…
My massage with Britaney was lovely! My neck and shoulders were stiff and had many knots. She carefully worked through them and I left feeling relaxed and restored. I really enjoyed the hot stones, essential oils (especially the Calm blend), and the use of the hot towels.
I have tried the Sacred Abhyanga Massage & Herbal Foot Soak and a Reiki session. Britaney is a very caring person, with a calm vibe- all qualities of a healer. It is impressive how many treatment modalities she is certified in. Thank you Britaney for the sessions!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
