I had not been to Weiging Chiropractic in years, not for any particular reason but I injured myself in November of 2025 and after a week of pain and limited mobility I knew I needed help. This was a huge step for me to take on personally as I deal with medical anxiety. From the moment I arrived I felt back at “home”.
Lets’s just say between the kids’ sports and our aging backs, this office is the only reason we’re still moving! I have been coming here for over 15 years, and the level of care has never dipped. Doc is a master of his craft, and the office culture is so welcoming.
I hadn't been to a Chiropractor in over 10 years. I started experiencing sharp lower back pain and was able to get an appointment quickly. Sarah sent me the new patient forms ahead of time and was able to get in and see Dr. Jeff upon arrival.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
