From the reviews

I hold a lot of my stress in my shoulders and back. On top of dealing with ankle pain from a past break/surgery, I experience nerve pain constantly. I booked a 60-minute session with Christina and OMG. Let me just say- I left that session feeling less tense, refreshed, relaxed, and pain lifted.

Christina is a godsend. I’ve had too massages to count in my lifetime and my first massage from Christina was unlike all the others. I feel amazing after every session and seriously wish it wouldn’t end. She is so knowledgeable and is so open to answering all of my questions before, during and after my session.

★★★★★ — Katrina, Apr 2023

Christina is a God send. Her magic touch and great personality make her the best in business. She has worked with myself and my wife who deals with a lot of back pain and has relieved my wife of so much pain and discomfort. My favorite thing is when she worked with my grandmother.

★★★★★ — Nina, Apr 2023

Christina is absolutely amazing. Hands-down one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. And even though my body is tired, I do get a lot of massages. A 90 minute massage goes by so fast. I need her number on speed dial because she is just so good. Conveniently located in downtown Concord with free parking.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
