From the reviews

I've been trying to put into words how amazing this treatment was. For YEARS, I've had neck issues that cause constant muscle tightness and pulling, and sometimes migraines when the muscles get super super tight.

Kasey is amazing! She not only knows the human anatomy, but is also very naturally in tune with her clients' unique needs. Her diagnostic skills and innovative techniques are extremely effective, and the soothing atmosphere of her treatment space brings a feeling of immediate CALM.

★★★★★ — Amy, Nov 2023

Great Experience. I have an injury to my shoulder that Kasey was able to assess and treat resulting in me feeling MUCH better. Pain was significantly reduced, the exercises she recommended seem to be helping even more, and I've already followed her advice on further treatment. I simply cannot recommend her enough.

★★★★★ — Dion, Feb 2023

Kasey has the magic touch!! She has many skills and talents within her field, and even when I don’t understand why what she does works so well, she has the patience to explain. She’s always looking into new healing modalities and testing and bettering her abilities.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
