Dr. Phillip is awesome! I’ve been having neck pain and spasming for months, and every time I go in to see Dr. Phillip, the pain gets better and my neck doesn’t feel as tight. I love the adjustment; and the dry needling, cupping, muscle scraping, and electric stim are unique and a great addition to the adjustment. Dr.
Dr Phillip is the best! He is the reason that I am no longer in pain eveyday! I've been going to Dr Phillip for years. I get adjustments, cupping, dry needling, and other tecniques depending on the evaluation of each visit and it works great!
I have been seeing Dr. Tim for over three years after previously being a chiropractic patient of other treaters for over 12 years across multiple states. He is unequivocally the best chiropractor I have ever seen and I cannot emphasize my recommendation of him enough.
Dr. Phillip has been my chiropractor for the better part of 15 years. He has always been attentive to my needs and has helped me countless times when my back and or neck is just not right. Most recently he has been helping my figure out what is going on with my shoulder.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
