I have not seen prices like this before. Very affordable considering white plains. The masseurs are professional and VERY GOOD!!! I have started going there weekly. They are good. I also love the heated bed and the cupping option.
…She also went out of her way to do cupping on my shoulder to make sure the knot was fully worked out. The experience was so good that my girlfriend who came with me was a little jealous as her masseuse had gone much lighter on her. Highly recommend asking for high pressure and stepping if you are comfortable with it.
This was my first experience at this location. I arrived and was quickly ushered back to a room to get undressed. There was soft soothing music overhead. A very pleasant young lady (everyone looks young to me now a days) came in. This was the best 60 minute I have had in years. I think she may have suspended time 😁.
My masseuse was amazing and covered all body parts. The price is affordable as well.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
