From the reviews

I went to this place because it's not too far from home and I saw they had a groupon available. I never expect much from a first experience but let me tell you THIS WAS THE BEST DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!! I got a massage from Ana and she is AMAZING!!!

★★★★★ — Devorah, Aug 2025

Anna is absolutely incredible, hands down the best shiatsu massage therapist I’ve ever had. I’m very active and do a range of sports, so my body is constantly tight, sore, and in need of serious recovery.

★★★★★ — Dana, May 2025

I would give the bodyworker, Anna, 5/5 stars as well as 5/5 for the cleanliness of the facility. However, I am giving a 4/5 because no where is it stated on Groupon that if you get the Groupon/a discounted price for this Spa that you can only book the massage at either 10 a.m. or 7 p.m.

★★★★☆ — Tamara, Feb 2026

Today I experienced an amazing hand and foot reflexology treatment at Wellness! For years I have had crippling arthritic pain in my feet and I've gone to many other salons that offer "reflexology" but they really only do a foot massage which is not as effective as reflexology.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
