From the reviews

I’m not from phoenix but developed an extremely sore neck while on vacation here. I found Becky and she saved the rest of my trip. Becky gave me an amazing deep tissue massage and cupping and I am able to move my head again.

Becky is a fantastic massage therapist. This was my first time with her, but I was very impressed after just one hour! My second massage with her, I have booked for 90 minutes. I have had many massages, and Becky is right up there near the top! Thanks for making me feel better.

★★★★★ — Jaye, Jul 2025

I get massages regularly and I am SO glad I found Becky at Well Being Massage. Her room is so cozy and the experience itself is 10/10. I’ve gone back twice this month and always leave feeling re charged.

★★★★★ — Erica, Dec 2024

I was in constant shoulder pain for 3 weeks. No one could help. My wife suggested massage therapy. I just happened to call Becky at Well-Being Massage. She spent an hour on and fixed me good enough to get through the next 3 days. I will be going back to her two more times before we head home.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
