From the reviews

This place is the perfect place for a retreat, mentally and physically. I happen to wonder in on a Thursday night, just in time for sunset yoga. The class was held outdoors. The vibe was unmatched as we stretched to the sunset and light pm breeze.

You HAVE to go to this lovely shop! See Kimmy, she'll heal you right up! ❤️ Massage, cupping, acupuncture, outside chair massage and yoga there at times too! She has other lovely candles, soaps, and other adorable itema to purchase 👍 Love this little IB gem 💙

I discovered this place while visiting Imperial Beach recently. I suffer from severe back pain and I am always searching for relief! Well, if you’re anything like me, this is the place for you. They do a new technique called a 4 hands massage. Two therapists work on you at the same time. Very therapeutic.

I traveled to Imperial Beach for Christmas of 2018. After a 23 hour drive , I was stiff and sore, in addition to having chronic neck and shoulder pain. Kimmy worked some real magic with her fingers, and not only did she give me GREAT relief, but she returned my range of motion in my neck that I haven’t had for many…

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
