From the reviews

First time guest. Loved every aspect of Vitality. From the dimmed lighting, to the ambient music playing to fully enjoy my massage with Jasmine. She was extremely professional and courteous at the sane time. I explained a few tension areas that were bothering me...and she addressed them all in an hour.

★★★★★ — Chris, Jan 2021

Jasmine is wonderful at her craft. She listens to my concerns and focuses on them first during our sessions. She offers suggestions for aftercare as well which I appreciate. I have given my husband and sister gift cards to come and have told numerous friends about how much I enjoy my massages.

★★★★★ — Christina, Jul 2022

Jasmine is wonderful! She listens to you when you tell her where you are aching and really works on those spots. My headaches have gone away since my first session 2 months ago, and I love going back. She only talks if you initiate, and it doesn't feel like awkward silence with her. She is super sweet.

Got my first ever massage here this week, and my partner has been going here for some time. I now understand why she is so hyped about massages from Jasmine! Andrew helped me have a fantastic first appointment and I'm so glad I finally went.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
