I came in early (because that's me) expecting to get paperwork done and wait a bit but I was lucky and was able to see the doctor almost right away. Dr. Kapoor is amazing. He's friendly and explained what he was doing and gave me time to ask questions. I feel much better after being adjusted.
Love Vitality! Dr. K is a wonderful Chiropractor. I can't say enough. If you have time check this place out. It's my Zen time when I go there for my adjustments. It's more of a treat me kinda day when I go in for my appointment.
Really enjoy my chiropractor sessions here I seen this doctor during my pregnancy and he really took his time to understand my pain and do his best to correct it, post pregnancy same care and concentration. His visits last for 30-40 minutes and if you’ve seen other doctors like I have you know that’s rare.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
