From the reviews
I absolutely endorse Jessica Deahl. I was in pain for my back, and the VA assigned her to me as the acupuncturist. The results have been amazing. I credit the acupuncture with providing significant relieve to my neuropathy as well as reliving back pain symptoms.
I’m so thankful that I crossed paths with Jessica. I saw her for knee pain. I was scheduled for knee replacement surgery, however, the pain is so much better that I cancelled the surgery. She is a very skilled professional.
Jessica, thank you! You listen and your treatments respond to the needs I express. I always feel heard, helped, and calmed in your care.
Jessica is the BEST! I tried a few places before and her level of experience and care is by far, the best in NWA.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
