From the reviews
The massage room is very clean and relaxing to start with. Tammara is gifted at finding and working out the knots and sore areas in addition to finding others you were not aware of. Her massages are customized to your problems rather than going through a routine. Hands down the best massage therapy I have ever had!
This is absolutely a wonderful place to go. So incredibly caring and warm. I always feel so much better after a visit.
Go get your massages from Tammara! I've been going at least every month for over a year now and she's helped me tremendously! Whether you are looking for pain management, stress relief or just a super relaxing massage...You'll get it all here! She's extremely knowledgeable and professional; highly recommend!
Tammara is a terrific massage therapist and a kind and empathetic person. She's great at listening to you -- and your body -- and helping with a number of aches and pains, sports related or otherwise. Get on her calendar as soon as possible, as she books up fast. The good ones usually do.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
