From the reviews
I have had massages all over the country as I move around for work. So far I have had two massages at Vessell’s and they have been the top two massages of my life. The first was with Ashley who isn’t there anymore. The second I just had with Kendra and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had.
Kendra is the best!! I’ve been having some bad back pain being 27 weeks pregnant and she was able to work out my muscles and make it feel much better. She was attentive to my needs and kept asking to make sure I was doing ok and that the pressure wasn’t too firm or uncomfortable.
I’m voluntarily extending my last 4mos of physical therapy by engaging the skills of massage. My therapist strongly suggested that I continue the massaging. I have come to discover Vessel’s. My first session with Sam was outstanding, I immediately booked another 60 mins for the following week.
I have had many massage's in the past, however, my experience with Vessell's massage therapist was amazing. She asked pertinent questions and adjusted her time to best help me. I have felt so much better, I'm reallly glad I already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend Heather and Vessell's Massage & Wellness.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
