From the reviews
I can’t say enough positive words about Kendra and Velocity Physical Therapy. Kendra brings both technical proficiency and compassion to therapy. I have undergone three shoulder surgeries in the past four years, and Kendra has helped me get back to full recovery from each surgery.

I've been going to Kendra for physical therapy since last September.you won't find a kinder most compassionate individual. Her best asset however,is her ability to listen.she is quite the stickler for doing the exercises correctly. Has a great sense of humor and keeps it light.
I was being treated by Kendra Garcia for my back, after seven lower back surgeries and she helped with my overall strength. At the same time, my wife broke her left leg, had a plate and seven screws, and after treatment by Kendra, she walks as she did before the fall. Very knowledgeable and always friendly and smiling.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
