I got an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair and I started therapy with Carlos and team 3 days post op. They have a knowledgeble team and I've recieved all kinds of the therapy techniques from cupping, needles, joint mobilization and amazing therapeutic exercises.
Best place to get your physical therapy done. Very friendly and professional staff. The girls at the front desk are always nice and helpful. Carlos, the PT, is excellent. He takes the time fully examine the problem, explain it and taking care of it.

I cannot recommend USA SPORTS DORAL enough! The therapists are incredibly skilled and dedicated to their patients' well-being. My therapist, Giovanni, has created a personalized plan to not only address my problem area but also focus on my long-term health. The facility is clean, modern, and well equipped.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
