I have received several acupuncture treatments at URDAroma Acupuncture Pain Care Clinic so far and am having a positive and pleasant experience. I am noticing relief with some chronic symptoms, as well as more milder ones. This is my first time having ever received acupuncture treatment and Dr.
My experience at URDAroma was amazing. I have chronic pain issues in my low back and shoulder that I have battled for years, and was recently referred here by my massage therapist.
My first time experience at the URDAroma Acupuncture clinic was amazing. The staff is super friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole treatment. (I usually get very nervous when I get acupuncture because I'm scared of needles!).
Dr Lee said wife Su are very respectful and courteous. They listen to you as a patient. Since my injuries sustained in the Army, I have never had a better treatment for my pain. Acupuncture is real and has been in practice longer than anyone who will read this review.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
