From the reviews

I love this metaphysical shop. I have many beautiful crystals and jewelry that I love and purchased here and recently bought my husband a beautiful sacral singing bowl at a good price! Shima and her crew are among the nicest people you would ever want to meet at a shop like this one.

Saidie (don’t know if that’s how you spell it) was extremely nice and helpful! First time in the shop and I spent $100 dollars and got a free sage!! First time here and will definitely be coming back for more! Only 20 minutes away from my house and I never even knew about it.

So many beautiful options in the shop, great help and guidance on what I was looking for and I am looking forward to the other options available from this community of spirted souls!

Happened to come across this gem today and was lucky to attend their full moon guided meditation tonight which was very well organized and full of insight. The event was powerful and the energy positive. The shop is lovely. Every detail has been considered in to providing a variety of products and services.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
