I have been coming here for a few weeks now. The team is very helpful and pleasant from the beginning of my appointment to the end. I was introduced to acupuncture and cupping to supplement my alignments. Great experience so far!
I wrecked both of knees after playing football & basketball for years. I tore my left knee ACL & meniscus at age 22, and then did the same thing to my right knee at age 27. I had ACL reconstruction & 50% of meniscus removed in each knee. I did my PT religiously, and recovered well from each operation.

I have been going to united integrated healthcare for about 3 weeks since I have been having some back pain. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Win has helped to ease my back pain with the chiropractic sessions but also so patient and thorough with the process which has made me feel at ease.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
