From the reviews

Tulip Physical Therapy has made a profound impact on my son's life; our experience has been a truly transformative journey. After my son faced a severe injury out of state and returned home with no support, I found a beacon of hope in Dr. Mohammed at Tulip Physical Therapy.

★★★★★ — A, Jan 2026

I had greatly struggled for months with chronic back/leg pain and nerve compression due to heavy lifting of my young son. Chiropractic care and a visit to an orthopedist had not been enough, and I was starting to think I would never get better.

★★★★★ — Virginia, Aug 2022

I'm thrilled to give Tulip Physical Therapy a well-deserved 5-star review! After struggling with persistent hamstring pain, I was referred to Dr. Mohamed and I couldn't be more grateful. From the initial consultation to the final session, Dr.

★★★★★ — Maral, Jan 2025

I’ve been dealing with ongoing foot issues for a long time and have been to enough appointments and physical therapy places to know the difference between routine treatment and truly attentive care. This place has genuinely helped me make progress. A huge part of that has been Dr.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
