From the reviews
So thankful for this great establishment! I’m going here for physical therapy to rehabilitate from a broken ankle. Dr. Toni is empathetic, understanding and patient. She has your best interest at heart and is ensuring I do the work to get back on both feet.
The trainers are so knowledgeable, encouraging, funny, and friendly! It's a great atmosphere, and they also offer physical therapy. I love this place! I can really work up a sweat in just 30 min, then move on with my day.
Outstanding facility, Coach T and his wife Dr. Toni are amazing!!! Trubody Wellness helped me get my health and my life back!!!
Professional, Friendly and execute on a level of Excellence...they want you to Win!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
