From the reviews

Dan was amazing. He was extremely respectful and professional and made me feel very comfortable(first time not having a female massuse). He added cupping and hot stone onto my massage and I felt like he really tailored my appointment to exactly what I needed. 12/10 recommend.

I’ve been seeing Danielle at TMT (True Massage Therapy) for several years, and she is truly exceptional. Every massage is personalized—she doesn’t just follow a routine, but takes the time to find and address areas of tightness or inflammation.

I searched all over Sioux Falls and tried multiple therapists. For one reason or another, I had a hard time finding a therapist I could consider a long-term solution. I started seeing Kaylyn in the summer of 2024, and shortly after, I tore my Achilles tendon and distal biceps tendon.

★★★★★ — M, Mar 2025

I use to look at massages as a luxury pampering until my recent low back injury, now I am CONVINCED it is an integral part of health, healing, wellness and overall self care! Jazmine provided the necessary massage treatments to help me heal and also relax! 10 Stars plus!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
